This unit standard is for people entering, or employed in, the service sector who wish to build their customer service skills. People credited with this unit standard are able to: describe customer service; provide customer service; and respond to a customer complaint.

This Student Assessment (SA) is an assessment for an individual unit standard. The student completes the tasks outlined in the SA. Once an SA has been completed, it must be assessed by a registered assessor.

Note: for every SA there is a corresponding Tutor Assessment Guide (TAG) which guides the assessor when assessing the evidence. The TAG will be available for download once you have purchased the SA.
