People credited with this unit standard are able to: listen to and record customer complaints during customer interactions, and take corrective action on customer complaints during customer interactions, in a retail or distribution environment.

A Workplace Evidence Record (WER) is an assessment for an individual unit standard. The trainee completes the tasks outlined in the WER. Once a WER has been completed, it must be assessed by a registered assessor.

Note: for every WER there is a corresponding Workplace Assessment Guide (WAG) which guides the assessor when assessing the evidence. The WAG will be available for download once you have purchased the WER.
