Online Student Learning MaterialThe online student learning material is separate for each unit standard. Your student accesses these via ServiceIQ's eLearning platform. Note that online learning material will expire 12 months from when you allocated it to the student.

Printed Student AssessmentsThe printed student assessments are separate for each unit standard. These are printed documents that will be couriered out to you.

Digital Supporting DocumentsThe digital files will be available from the ‘Downloadable products area’ within your ServiceIQ shop account. For a full list of what is included in the pack see the table below. The activity book PDF is not interactive and is intended to be printed.
Please note: The use of our online and blended resources does not change your requirement to meet all the conditions of your consent to assess, including taking all steps to ensure validity of assessment. This means that these resources are not intended or suitable for full distance delivery.
While the resources have been designed to be flexible and support a style of delivery suitable for your students, and this may include a distance element, students will need to be supported with some face to face delivery. Please contact us if you would like advice on how to deliver these products.
