This unit standard is for people who are responsible for liquor sale and supply, and who require knowledge of the requirements and implications of the terms and conditions of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 for day-to-day activities. People credited with this unit standard are able to demonstrate knowledge of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 and its implications for licensed premises.
A Student Assessment (SA) is an assessment for an individual unit standard. The student completes the tasks outlined in the SA. Once an SA has been completed, it must be assessed by a registered assessor.
Note: for every SA there is a corresponding Tutor Assessment Guide (TAG) which guides the assessor when assessing the evidence. The TAG will be available for download once you have purchased the SA.
