This unit standard is designed to develop the knowledge of people studying in this area and those working in a commercial hospitality establishment. People credited with this unit standard are able to demonstrate knowledge of: nutrition principles; and nutritional applications, in commercial catering.
A Student Assessment (SA) is an assessment for an individual unit standard. The student completes the tasks outlined in the SA. Once an SA has been completed, it must be assessed by a registered assessor.
Note: for every SA there is a corresponding Tutor Assessment Guide (TAG) which guides the assessor when assessing the evidence. The TAG will be available for download once you have purchased the SA.
