People credited with this unit standard are able to: prepare to cook; and produce and present basic hot and cold dessert items, in a commercial kitchen.

This Student Assessment (SA) is an assessment for an individual unit standard. The student completes the tasks outlined in the SA. Once an SA has been completed, it must be assessed by a registered assessor.
