This entry-level unit standard is for people who handle cash transactions or prepare accounts for payment in the hospitality, retail or travel and tourism sectors. This unit standard will be assessed in a service delivery context and relates to the methods and techniques used to handle payment transactions for customers at a basic level in a hospitality, retail or travel and tourism workplace.
This Student Assessment (SA) is an assessment for an individual unit standard. The student completes the tasks outlined in the SA. Once an SA has been completed, it must be assessed by a registered assessor.
Note: for every SA there is a corresponding Tutor Assessment Guide (TAG) which guides the assessor when assessing the evidence. The TAG will be available for download once you have purchased the SA.
