This entry-level unit standard is for people who have some experience in the hospitality industry including an understanding of presentation practices and basic cooking techniques. People credited with this unit standard are able to: prepare to cook; and cook and present basic vegetable dishes, in a commercial kitchen.
This Student Assessment (SA) is an assessment for an individual unit standard. The student completes the tasks outlined in the SA. Once an SA has been completed, it must be assessed by a registered assessor.
Note: for every SA there is a corresponding Tutor Assessment Guide (TAG) which guides the assessor when assessing the evidence. The TAG will be available for download once you have purchased the SA.
