This unit standard is for people monitoring workers who are operating under a food control plan in a food related business. People credited with this unit standard are able to: demonstrate knowledge of a food control plan; verify critical control points of a food control plan; and ensure corrective actions are taken for risk situations documented in the food control plan, in a food related business.
This Workplace Evidence Record (WER) is the assessment this unit standard. The trainee will need to complete the tasks outlined in the assessment. Once it has been completed, it must be assessed by a registered assessor.
Note: for every WER there is a corresponding Workplace Assessment Guide (WAG) which guides the assessor when assessing the evidence. The WAG will be available for download once you have purchased the WER.
