This unit standard is for people who are required to co-ordinate and maintain the food and beverage service in an establishment to maximise productivity and ensure efficient work flow. People credited with this unit standard are able to: analyse customer behaviour to optimise customer service; co-ordinate the food and beverage service; and match menu options to customer needs, in a commercial hospitality environment.
A Student Assessment (SA) is an assessment for an individual unit standard. The student completes the tasks outlined in the SA. Once an SA has been completed, it must be assessed by a registered assessor.
Note: for every SA there is a corresponding Tutor Assessment Guide (TAG) which guides the assessor when assessing the evidence. The TAG will be available for download once you have purchased the SA.
