This unit standard is for people employed in the service sector. People credited with this unit standard are able to: identify and describe present and emerging international visitor groups; communicate with international visitors; and develop service strategies to provide customer service for international visitor groups.
A Student Assessment (SA) is an assessment for an individual unit standard. The student completes the tasks outlined in the SA. Once an SA has been completed, it must be assessed by a registered assessor.
Note: for every SA there is a corresponding Tutor Assessment Guide (TAG) which guides the assessor when assessing the evidence. The TAG will be available for download once you have purchased the SA.
