People credited with this unit standard are, in relation to a tourism workplace, able to describe the provisions of: human rights legislation; the Employment Relations Act 2000; the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015; and consumer protection legislation.

A Student Assessment (SA) is an assessment for an individual unit standard. The student completes the tasks outlined in the SA. Once an SA has been completed, it must be assessed by a registered assessor.

Note: for every SA there is a corresponding Tutor Assessment Guide (TAG) which guides the assessor when assessing the evidence. The TAG will be available for download once you have purchased the SA.
