This unit standard is for people training to prepare and serve tea in the hospitality industry. People credited with this unit standard are able to: prepare tea and describe potential problems with tea and tea making equipment; and serve tea.
A Student Assessment (SA) is an assessment for an individual unit standard. The student completes the tasks outlined in the SA. Once an SA has been completed, it must be assessed by a registered assessor.
Note: for every SA there is a corresponding Tutor Assessment Guide (TAG) which guides the assessor when assessing the evidence. The TAG will be available for download once you have purchased the SA.
