This unit standard is aimed at experienced people who are responsible for working with kitchen designers to design a commercial kitchen. They may be involved in working in a restaurant, food or catering operation. People credited with this unit standard are able to identify and analyse the requirements for designing a commercial kitchen, and provide the requirements for a design brief for a commercial kitchen.
A Student Assessment (SA) is an assessment for an individual unit standard. The student completes the tasks outlined in the SA. Once an SA has been completed, it must be assessed by a registered assessor.
Note: for every SA there is a corresponding Tutor Assessment Guide (TAG) which guides the assessor when assessing the evidence. The TAG will be available for download once you have purchased the SA.
