Learning Material (LM) is a workbook that covers some or all of the skills and knowledge required by a single unit standard. They are designed to support learning in the workplace and to help prepare trainees for assessment.
This unit standard is intended for people who are studying the hospitality industry in a school or early tertiary learning environment. People credited with this unit standard are able to demonstrate knowledge of boiling and baking in the commercial catering industry.
