This is a pre-entry unit standard for people training to work in takeaway food outlets. People credited with this unit standard are able to pack food and beverage orders for takeaway in a commercial hospitality environment.
This Student Assessment (SA) is an assessment for an individual unit standard. The student completes the tasks outlined in the SA. Once an SA has been completed, it must be assessed by a registered assessor.
Note: for every SA there is a corresponding Tutor Assessment Guide (TAG) which guides the assessor when assessing the evidence. The TAG will be available for download once you have purchased the SA.
