The Cookery Schools 2 pack is a level 2 multi-unit training pack that covers food safety, handling knives, cooking food by grilling, and preparing & presenting salads.

This blended online pack includes:

  • Online Student Learning Material
    The online student learning material is separate for each unit standard. Your student accesses these via ServiceIQ's eLearning platform. Note that online learning material will expire 12 months from when you allocated it to the student.

  • Printed Student Assessments
    The printed student assessments are separate for each unit standard. These are printed documents that will be couriered out to you.

  • Digital Supporting Documents
    The digital files will be available from the ‘Downloadable products area’ within your ServiceIQ shop account. For a full list of what is included in the pack see the table below.

While the resources have been designed to be flexible and support a style of delivery suitable for your students, and this may include a distance element, students will need to be supported with some face to face delivery.
