All products are printed to order and subject to availability. While we aim to keep our product availability up to date, because of the quantity of products we offer, we cannot always guarantee availability at the time of purchase. If a product you have ordered is no longer available, we will notify you by email and offer alternatives. We will always contact you about unexpected delays or product changes.
All pricing shown is in New Zealand Dollars. Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 15% is included in the price for orders within New Zealand. Customers resident outside of New Zealand are also required to pay in New Zealand Dollars. GST may not apply to orders outside of New Zealand; however, those orders may be subject to other government taxes and levies.
Whilst we do our best to ensure that the pricing displayed is accurate, please note that pricing is subject to change. Should a price change occur we will notify you immediately to advise you of this. We will also meet requirements defined in New Zealand legislation relating to such changes.
All international packages will be sent with our delivery partner of choice and with freight and handling costs agreed with you prior to despatch.
Within New Zealand
All packages are delivered door to door. Track and Trace is standard for all packages. Postage and handling costs will be automatically calculated on your order at checkout. All packages are targeted for delivery between 2 - 6 working days following production.
ServiceIQ is committed to delivering excellent service and quality products. We are also committed to ensuring your rights under relevant New Zealand legislation, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
You may cancel your order at any time of the order process before checkout and payment. An order is unable to be cancelled after the payment process is complete. Because we print to your order, if you have changed your mind about the items you have ordered we are unable to accept returns and/or offer a credit unless the goods are faulty or unless as required under legislation.
If you meet the definition of a consumer as defined under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we will ensure that we will meet those obligations, including, but not limited to, remedy a failure of any goods to comply with a guarantee by repairing the goods, or replacing the goods with goods of identical type; or where ServiceIQ cannot reasonably be expected to repair the goods, by providing a refund of any money paid or other consideration provided by the consumer in respect of the goods.
If your order reaches you in a damaged condition, please contact us to arrange for a replacement to be sent. We will also organise to collect the damaged items from you. Please note that damaged items must be notified to ServiceIQ within 7 working days of receipt.

The purchaser will need to make their own arrangements for the delivery of training programmes that lead to New Zealand qualifications recognised by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA); the related assessment is to be undertaken by an organisation holding the appropriate consent to assess and able to register the results with NZQA.
