This entry-level unit standard contains a set of core competencies for people working in a service delivery role in the hospitality, retail or travel and tourism sectors. This unit standard will be assessed in a service delivery context and relates to the skills and knowledge required to apply the specific standard operating procedures and code of conduct in a hospitality, retail or travel and tourism workplace.
This Workplace Evidence Record (WER) is the assessment this unit standard. The trainee will need to complete the tasks outlined in the assessment. Once it has been completed, it must be assessed by a registered assessor.
Note: for every WER there is a corresponding Workplace Assessment Guide (WAG) which guides the assessor when assessing the evidence. The WAG will be available for download once you have purchased the WER.
