People credited with this unit standard are able to: identify skills, knowledge, and attributes required for a specific role in a tourism workplace; evaluate own skills, knowledge, and attributes against workplace expectations with regard to the role; evaluate potential sources and outcomes of stress within the role; and explain effective and non-effective use of time within the role, the importance of managing time, and effective time management techniques.

A Student Assessment (SA) is an assessment for an individual unit standard. The student completes the tasks outlined in the SA. Once an SA has been completed, it must be assessed by a registered assessor.

Note: for every SA there is a corresponding Tutor Assessment Guide (TAG) which guides the assessor when assessing the evidence. The TAG will be available for download once you have purchased the SA.
